Placing an Order
If you are interested in placing an order or have any questions, please email Wally Carroll at:
info@carrollconcertinas.com or call 513-604-1340

After you've heard back from me you I will need to receive a $250 non-refundable deposit to 'lock in' the current price. Once your deposit is received you will be assigned a production number and given a rough estimate of when your instrument will be completed.
The price that you 'lock in' by placing a deposit is for models that are being offered at the time you make your deposit. If newer models come into existence after you make your deposit, the price for these models is not subject to the price you have locked in, though you will still be entitled to purchase the models that were offered at the time you put in your deposit for the price you were quoted. Deposits must arrive within 10 days of your verbal commitment in order to lock in the verified price. I am now allowing deposits to be made by credit card through PayPal. Simply send me an email that states that you would like to pay the deposit through PayPal and I will send you an email that walks you through the process. (Please note, I do not accept credit cards or PayPal for the balance as the fees are simply too high). Deposits can also be made by check or money order and should be made payable to Sligo Road Productions and mailed to:

912 Squire Oaks Dr., Villa Hills, KY 41017 USA

Paying the Balance

You will be contacted several weeks before your instrument goes into production to firm up options (note configuration, choice of wood, endplate design).
The balance will be due within 21 days of this communication.

Payment Methods accepted for the balance:
We accept personal or business checks, cashier's checks, money orders (including international money orders made payable in US funds) or cash. Unfortunately we are not able to accept credit cards (including PayPal) for the balance owing.

All payments must clear prior to shipment.
The purchase price also includes a hardshell case but does not include shipping charges. Losses incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser so I highly encourage that you have it shipped insured. Kentucky residents, or individuals who want to pick up their instrument in person, will also be charged applicable sales taxes.

A Note on Payment:

Please make sure that any checks sent are made out to "Sligo Road Productions" and not to "Carroll Concertinas" as we will not be able to deposit them if they are made to "Carroll Concertinas." Carroll Concertinas is the name of our product while the legal name of the business is Sligo Road Productions.

Thanks,
Wally Carroll
